Challenge the Mountain. Challenge Yourself. Change Lives.A big THANK YOU to all the Can Do Stars that participated in the 2010 25th Anniversary of the Vertical Express for MS event series! Thanks to all of you and your hard work nearly $400,000 was raised at a total of 6 nationwide events for Can Do Multiple Sclerosis’s lifestyle empowerment programs for people living with MS and their support partners.
2010 marked the 25th Anniversary commemorating the world record set by Jimmie Heuga and ten others on June, 1 1985 when they skied one million vertical feet during 24 hours in Alyeska, Alaska. Thanks to your continued support, Can Do Multiple Sclerosis will be able to continue our founder’s vision and continue providing innovative lifestyle empowerment programs for people with MS and their support partners for another 25 years!
For skiers, boarders and telemarkers of all ages and abilities. Participants receive a free lift pass, goody bag and food. Additional prizes are based on dollars raised by participants. Raise $15,000 and earn a trip to Vail, CO. Funds raised support Can Do MS’s lifestyle empowerment programs.
